Acknowledgments

This Colloquium could not have taken place as it will without the generous contributions of many of our members. We should all be aware as what they've done to help make our meeting enjoyable, interesting and professionally worthwhile.

First, thank to Amparo Botella for having extended an invitation to us last year to hold our Colloquium 2000 in Barcelona .

Next, to my dear friend and loyal colleague, Graziella, who never failed to “be there” and to take care of so many Colloquium matters which were well beyond my capacity to attend to. They are numberless. She highly deserve all our thanks. Meetings like ours don't just happen. Someone has to take care of the infrastructure as well as help with the structure.

Then there is the local hospitality committee made up of Encarna, Pilar and Maria-Victoria; They have taken care of a whole host of matters including dealing with Hotel Hesperia, arranging for the tribute to the late Professor Vels and much more.

Next, thanks should go to Renate and Dafna for their willingness to give us the opportunity to have an in-depth Wertegg's workshop.

In connecting with our panel on Universal Principle, special thanks is due to Dafna for agreeing to organize this very interesting panel and recruiting a most appropriate team to assist her, Kiyo and Martha, both whom have spent long hours preparing memos of their parts of the program for our benefit.

For the other panel, The Case for Graphology and New Directions, special thanks must go to Olivia Graham who has been conducting in-depth research into the Beyerstein book, the Write Stuff and agreeing to give us a summary of where she's gotten to at this time. No one else in graphology seems to have been taking the responsibility of doing as much work on this as she has. We owe her a debt of gratitude.

Also very helpful was the information provided by Esther, Angelika, Christine and Barabara-Maria relative to the degree of acceptance of graphological analysis in Switzerland .

Special thanks go to Monique Riley (unable to be with us for family reason) for her ongoing assistance in broadening Colloquium relations with the French Société.

For those who will be leading the comparative analysis workshops, special thanks has to go to Lois who did such a thorough job in preparing the case history for our analysis. Thanks, of course, should go to the four other workshop leaders, Enza, Maria-Thérèse, Amparo and Esther.
